Proverbs 4:23

'Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life. '

So you can see well just with your heart. 

But you have to take care of your heart, as every life power start from your heart.  

So does it mean, if you do not have enough life power, than you cannot see well?

Or if your heart is broken or stolen, you cannot see well....

Yes all these combinations are possible.

What about when the God loves the broken heart?

Or the stone heart is not flash heart?
