Take your time what it means for your to focus on your third eye.

Observing is important, to master the five senses.
During the course stop drink alcohol. <-- For me it is easy, as I do not drink any alcohol.
If you have any food that makes you tired, like too much sugar, than avoid it during the course.
Sleep enough to get in balance and have a good and balanced third eye.
