7. Signs the Third Eye is Opening
Summary of the Section 1. 7. part:
In this part, that is a source of a document, Myla listed things, that could be the sign of the activity of the third eye.
She also provides warning:
"Please note if the third eye is overactive to connect to the root chakra and spend more time grounding and within nature. This can look like insomnia, mental fog, paranoia, anxiety and fear, hallucinations."
-------------------------------------
Personal note:
For me, praying is a way to use third eye. I teach this techniques to my kids for years.
I started when they were babies. But more focused, every day basis they have a chance to practice praying for more than 4 years.
Third Eye is more similar to the heart in the Bible.
