11. Yoga
Summary of the Section 2. 2. part:
Mayla is in a park with another person and they start a discusson on yoga mats.
She speaks about protection bubble around the body.
She starts with tapping, hitting her legs, stomach and back. She continues to do the smae on the arms.
Then she goes on the chest and face.
5 exhales and meditation the next step.

Personal note:
I do not like the exhale how she shows it. It is like horse noises.

The other person does not speak.
Just execuites the exercises she says.
There is a point, when she only speaks and the other person makes the exercises.

Again I listen on 2x speed the video, too slow for me.
I do not like that she only speaks most of the time, and the other pesron makes the exercises...
Really not creditable for me ....
