12. How to Lucid Dream
Summary of the Section 2. 3. part:
She speaks about different sleeping phases and dreaming patterns.
What is important? When you can know, that you are dreaming?
First you start to sleep, than in the middle of the dream you weak up. Usually it happens, when there is a symbolism. It is important to know if you are dreaming or you are awake. You can focus on some personal things. Those reference points help you to figure it out.
What are these reference points?
For example, you wear something every day, so you sure rememeber, that it there, and if you do not see, than it is a dream. Or watch both of your hands, and ask if you are dreaming or not.
Meditation is very important, yoga is helpful in this.
She shows breathing and relaxation technique.

Personal note:
- Stage 1 (N1) is the lightest stage of sleep and occurs as a person first falls asleep.
- Stage 2 (N2) is where the body starts to relax more deeply. Body temperature drops, muscles relax, and heart and breathing rate slow.
- Stage 3 (N3 or deep sleep) is the deepest and more restorative sleep, allowing the body to recover and grow.
- Stage 4 (REM Sleep) is where most dreaming occurs, brain activity increases, and the body becomes temporarily paralyzed.
Plus:
I was ten years old, when by American Army based techique I had to use to a tool to study English by forced meditation.
