Personal note:

I heard first about Kundalini from a yoga teacher, who was born in Poland, and lived 10 years in Italy.

We met in Denmark. I went for her yoga class, after I gave birth to my first son in 2017. The yoga class was in February in 2018 in Frb close to the city hall.
